Residential Pest Control  Northwest Termite & Pest Control uses IPM, Integrated Pest Management, to solve your pest problems. This approach relies primarily on non-chemical means (such as education, inspection, sanitation and cooperation of the customer) to prevent and manage pest infestations. Our goal is to keep pests away without adversely affecting the customer’s environment. Chemical treatments are used when pests fail to succumb to more conservative methods. While using chemical treatments, Northwest Termite & Pest Control uses the most effective treatments that are the least toxic to humans, animals and the environment. We minimize the risk by limiting the volume of treatment used.

We offer one time,  monthly, bi-monthly and quarterly service to our customers. You may choose the method which best fits your lifestyle. No matter which service you desire, your home will continuously be protected.

On the initial visit, we will inspect the inside and outside of your home. We will customize the treatment to your home`s specific needs based on the findings from the inspection. On the inside, we will target the pests currently hiding in the cracks and crevices of your home. It is not uncommon for you to see more bugs after the initial treatment has occurred. The outside of your home is where most of your pest problems will occur. Therefore, we will identify and target any points of entry into your home, applying a protective barrier at those points and around the perimeter of the home.

After the initial service takes place, there are a number of continued visits throughout the year, depending on which service you choose. As before, we will inspect your home for potential problems and treat accordingly. On the day of your service, if your are home, we will gladly treat both the interior and exterior of the home. However, since most pest problems do originate from outside, servicing the exterior maybe the only treatment you need. If you are not home on the given day of service, we will treat the exterior. Should you need us for any reason to come back and treat again, within the same month of service or on an unscheduled month, we will return at no additional charge! Carpenter Ants Northwest Termite & Pest Control uses various different methods to control and eliminate ants from in on or around a structure How ver our primary measures are using a liquid treatment of a colony eliminator that Elimates the ants at the source of were they are living weather they are in a wall, second story, in the soil away form the structure. Some of these treatments take 7-21 days to take affect on ants sometimes it takes monthly service to get control of infestations at Northwest Termite & Pest Control we do our best to eliminate the problem pest as fast as possible. In many cases we are able to eliminate the problem pest immediately

However, we will provide a program that will meet your individual needs based on the type of business, the hours of operation, any health concerns that may exist or the severity of the problem.

Termite Control  Northwest Termite & Pest Control also services both residential and commercial customers for termite control. Our termite service consists of post construction treatment, new construction treatment, existing infestation, spot or complete treatments

For post construction treatment, we offer both traditional liquid and the bait/monitoring system. When using liquid treatment only, we treat the foundation of the home, all slabs touching the home and all porches.  If your home is a crawl space, we also treat around the piers.  In most cases, this is the only treatment needed to maintain termite protection around your home.  However, we also offer the combination of both methods together, the liquid and the baiting system.  Using both will help decrease your chances of having a termite problem in the future. The bait/monitoring system determines if the termites are present near the home.  The termites feed on the bait/monitoring system and spread the bait with the other colony members.  The traditional liquid is used to create a barrier around the home which will add a secondary area of protection.  Finally, the other option is the baiting system only.  We install monitors around the home and check them on a quarterly service refilling them as needed.

For new construction treatments, we primarily use liquid.  Using liquid allows us to put a protection barrier under the structure before it is actually built.  After the structure is built, we return to apply a barrier around the finished structure.  This is done after the structure has completely been finished being built and landscaped.
